Utah roots
Alta Lights is a division of Alta Home Services LLC — a Utah company lighting roughly 400 homes a year from Ogden to Provo to Park City.
The Modern Display partnership
Our C-9 LED bulbs and wire come from Modern Display in Murray, Utah — professional-grade material used in commercial installations, not import-bin lights.
Certified Bosso dealer
Bosso permanent lighting is engineered and headquartered in Salt Lake City. As a certified dealer, Alta installs, programs, and services Bosso systems locally.
How we work
Every install starts with a measured plan. We map your roofline section by section, cut lines so every corner and peak gets a light, and bag materials by color before the crew leaves the warehouse. That's why an Alta install finishes in a day and looks symmetrical from the street.
We use fascia clips only — never shingle penetration. We install C-9 LED systems only, because they're the commercial standard for brightness and lifespan. And we take lights down after the season, because leaving seasonal wire up year-round shortens its life and looks it.
We don't discount, and we don't inflate. Customers stay with Alta because the work is right — and when a long-term customer hits a hard season, we've been known to put their lights up anyway. That's what a neighborhood company does.
