How long do the lights last?
Our C-9 LED systems are engineered to last 5–7 years. We use professional-grade bulbs sourced from Modern Display — the same quality used in commercial installations.
What is the warranty?
Traditional holiday lights: we stand behind our installation workmanship. Permanent Bosso systems come with a 5-year product warranty through Alta Lights as a certified Bosso dealer.
Do you put clips on the shingles?
Never. We use fascia clips only — no shingle penetration of any kind. Shingle clips can void your roof warranty. We treat every home like it's our own.
Can I use any installer for my lights?
You own your lights and are free to use any installer. About 90% of our customers return to Alta each year because they trust our quality and our team.
What if I can't afford the install this year?
Reach out to us. We occasionally work with long-term customers experiencing hardship — we'd rather keep the relationship than lose it over a tough season.
Are the lights customizable?
Yes. For permanent Bosso systems: 16 million colors, individually programmable lights, hundreds of holiday scenes, app-controlled from your phone. For traditional C-9: new colors and patterns available on request.
What is the Bosso system?
Bosso is a premium permanent LED lighting system — once installed, it stays up year-round and you control everything from an app. As a certified Bosso dealer, Alta Lights handles installation, programming, and warranty service.
