Linear feet of roofline × one rate. That is the whole formula.
01 · Your roofline
140–165 ft
What an average Utah home measures along the eaves, peaks, and gables we light. We measure yours from satellite imagery before we quote, so the number is real.
02 · Your stories
1 or 2
Height is the only thing that changes the rate. A two-story home takes taller ladders and more crew time per foot, so it carries a slightly higher per-foot price. Nothing else does.
03 · Your price

The rates below are published and they do not move. Your quote is your measured footage times the rate for your home, to the dollar.

Installed once, controlled from your phone forever. The rate covers the color-matched track, the LEDs, and the install. One controller per home is added on top.

Traditional holiday lighting
Year one buys the lights. Every year after, you only pay to have them installed and taken down. Both are priced by the foot, and the second number is a lot smaller than the first.

The lights are yours from day one. You are never obligated to book Alta again, and if you do, the reinstall rate is the only thing you pay.
Why we don't discount
A published per-foot rate only works if it is the real rate. We don't inflate prices to mark them down later. What we do offer: a referral credit of $75–$100toward next year's install when a neighbor or friend you refer becomes a customer.
